CLIENT: BJ’S Wholesale Club — a membership-only retail warehouse club chain, offering a wide range of products from groceries to tires to consumers.
PROJECT DETAILS: BJ’s Open Door Solutions is an employee program developed to communicate the delicate issue of arbitration policies to BJ’s team members.
I was asked to create a booklet presenting the details of the program to team members. The challenge was to keep the visuals friendly while at the same time providing necessary information if an arbitration situation were to arise.
The scope of work included the Open Door Solutions wordmark, and Open Door Solutions booklet.
