    BJ's Open Door Solutions is an internal program developed to communicate the delicate issue of arbitration policies to BJ's team members.

    The challenge was to keep the message friendly while at the same time provide all the necessary information one would need in the event that an arbitration situation were to arise.

    The solution I found was to first develop the wordmark adjacent to the BJ's logo to brand the program, Open Door Solutions, making sure it was clear and friendly.

    The next step was to create the overall design of the document, following BJ's current style guidelines, as well as incorporating the new Open Door Solutions branding. An on-brand color palette with bright, friendly imagery was used to communicate the feelings of BJ's open door policy: welcoming, friendly, comfortable, and easy.

    The scope of work included versions of the document for existing team members as well as new hires, with both versions translated into Spanish, as well as accompanying signage for in-house display.
