    BJ’s Open Door Solutions is a program developed to communicate the delicate issue of arbitration policies to BJ’s team members.

    The challenge was to keep the message friendly while at the same time providing all the necessary information one would need in the event that an arbitration situation were to arise.

    The scope of work included versions of the document for existing team members as well as new hires, with both versions translated into Spanish, as well as accompanying signage for in-house display.
